Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to businesses and individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Australia.
2. Entry Period
The competition runs monthly. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (AWST) on the last day of each month. Entries received after this time will be considered for the next month’s competition.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the competition form on The Keyboard Warrior’s competition page, providing accurate and complete information. Only one entry per business is allowed per month.
4. Prize
The winner will receive a custom-built website designed by The Keyboard Warrior, including:
- One Page Website
- Free website hosting for 12 months, valued at $400.
- Ongoing technical support for the duration of the hosting period.
5. Prize Conditions
- The prize includes design, hosting, and maintenance for 12 months. Additional work beyond the scope of the initial design or extra features will be charged separately at the standard rate.
- The prize does not include external costs related to third-party integrations.
- After the free hosting period, the winner will be responsible for ongoing hosting costs unless otherwise arranged.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random on the 1st business day of each month. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that The Keyboard Warrior may use their business name, logo, and website design for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winner agrees to provide feedback and testimonials, which may be used in future marketing.
8. Privacy
Any personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfilment.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Keyboard Warrior will not be liable for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or any other unforeseen issues that may affect the outcome of the competition. The Keyboard Warrior reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond our control.
10. Disqualification
The Keyboard Warrior reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be violating these terms or engaging in unfair practices, including providing false information or attempting to manipulate the outcome.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all decisions of The Keyboard Warrior are final.
